Question 1

What courses does LUGHa run?

Accepted Answer

Two. 'AI Technology for Everyday Use' is a 12-week group course for people building everyday AI confidence. 'Power Up with Agentic AI' is a 5-week hands-on follow-on for people who already use AI well and want workflows that run themselves.

Question 2

When does the 12-week course run and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The Autumn 2026 course is underway and registration has closed. Next course dates, times and fees are not yet confirmed. You can register interest for the next course without booking or paying now. For reference, the current course fees were €350 for retired, student or not currently working, €450 for private individuals, and €850 employer-funded.

Question 3

How is the 12-week course structured?

Accepted Answer

Ten core sessions bookended by an orientation session and a wrap-up session — twelve in total. Each session is two hours, live on Zoom and recorded, with 8 to 10 people per group. A group runs once at least 5 people have registered.

Question 4

What is 'Power Up with Agentic AI' and when does it run?

Accepted Answer

A five-week hands-on course where you build one real agentic workflow from your own week and leave with it running. It is tool-agnostic — Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, chosen in week one. Fees are €300 self-funded or €600 employer-funded. Dates are being finalised; join the interest list to hear first.

Question 5

Do I need the first course before the agentic one?

Accepted Answer

Not formally. It's aimed at graduates of AI Technology for Everyday Use and anyone at that level: you write multi-part prompts, you've built a custom helper or connected a tool, and you use AI most weeks.

Question 6

What if I miss a session?

Accepted Answer

Every session is recorded, so a missed week is never a lost week. You can catch up before the next one and still take part fully.

Question 7

I'm not technical - can I really learn AI skills?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LUGHa is designed for people with no technical background. Patient guidance, no jargon.

Question 8

How quickly can I start using AI tools?

Accepted Answer

Same day. Training focuses on practical application you can use immediately.

Question 9

Do I need to commit to a long training program?

Accepted Answer

No. Flexible formats available, from 15-minute micro-sessions and 1:1 training to the full courses.

Question 10

What makes LUGHa different from other AI training?

Accepted Answer

Real-world focus. Every session is designed to give you time back, not demand more attention.

Question 11

What AI tools do you typically teach?

Accepted Answer

Practical tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and Perplexity. Specific tools depend on your goals, and every tool used on the 12-week course has a free tier.

Question 12

Do you offer training for teams or just individuals?

Accepted Answer

Both. Individual sessions and team workshops available.

Question 13

Can you help with specific work/life challenges?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Training is tailored to your actual tasks and challenges.

Question 14

What if I try AI tools and they don't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We troubleshoot together and find alternatives that work for your context.

Question 15

What ongoing support do you provide after the course?

Accepted Answer

Follow-up resources, recordings and check-ins are included. You're never left to figure things out alone.

Question 16

What are LUGHa Solutions?

Accepted Answer

Beyond training, LUGHa offers three applied solutions: Slí (a platform for coaches and trainers to host and deliver their content), Musubi (a peer-collaboration operating model for AI-assisted build work) and Build Rescue (recovering stalled or broken AI-built projects). See the Solutions page for details.

Question 17

What is Slí?

Accepted Answer

Slí is a multi-tenant platform for coaches and trainers to host, deliver and adapt their learning content — built on the same learn, coach and adapt principles behind LUGHa. It lives at sli.lugha.ie and is linked from the Solutions page.

Question 18

What is Musubi and who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Musubi is an operating model for AI-assisted delivery work. It pairs builder and auditor agents on a Build → Audit → Harden → Adapt cadence, with a human gate. It's aimed at teams already shipping with AI tooling who want fewer regressions and clearer review.

Question 19

How is Musubi different from Parallel, Pipeline or Routing patterns?

Accepted Answer

Most multi-agent setups split work across agents in parallel, in a pipeline, or by routing. Musubi instead has peers collaborating on the same artefact with a human gate. The Musubi vs Landscape page walks through the comparison.

Question 20

What is Build Rescue?

Accepted Answer

A focused engagement to recover an AI-built project that's stuck — broken auth, runaway costs, fragile code, missing tests. We assess, stabilise and hand back a working baseline plus a path forward. Pricing is scoped per engagement after a short call.

Question 21

Are Solutions separate from the LUGHa courses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The courses are independent. Solutions are aimed at teams and operators who want applied delivery support rather than training.
