    What this course is about

    Ten core sessions, bookended by an orientation and a wrap-up. One clear skill per session, practised in simple steps, with time to apply it in between.

    You'll cover digital confidence and safety, what AI really is and where its limits are, writing good instructions, working with documents and images, and building small helpers you can reuse. Everything is taught with everyday examples.

    It's for anyone who can send an email and use a laptop. Across cohorts so far the course has an average recommendation score of 9.6 out of 10, and the material is refreshed for every run.
